The PS Vita version of Terraria has been finally approved by Sony for release and will be coming on December 17th in North America and a little earlier in Europe on December 11th.
An update on the PS3 version is on the way to make the game cross-play compatible with the Vita. No price details has been revealed so far but Terraria promised to follow-through with a post on the PlayStation Blog.
Terraria is 2D side-scrolling action-adventure sandbox game that focuses on crafting and exploration in randomly generated worlds.
