Bravely Default: For The Sequel Coming December 5th In Japan With Multi-Language Support, Improved Battle System And Graphical Improvements

Bravely Default: For The Sequel
SquareEnix recently opened the official site for Bravely Default: For the Sequel (which is not really a sequel but more of an improvement to the original) and with it announced that the game will be coming on December 5th for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan.

One of the most interesting features of Bravely Default: For the Sequel is multi-language support. Players can choose from Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, and Spanish. Voice acting on the other hand can be played in either English or Japanese.

According to Siliconera, there will also be changes in the battle system such as a faster tempo, controls to speed up the pace of attacks and an auto-battle feature. A couple of other things present in the real sequel has also been incorporated in the game's battle system.

It will also be possible to control the encounter rate in the options menu. It will be possible to transfer save data from the original game into the "For the Sequel" version. The new version also supports three save slots compared to the original which only had one.

The User Interface and town graphics also receives a makeover and there are many things more they changed in the original game.

It's currently unknown whether the European and North American versions, which are slated for release later this year and next year respectively, will have this version instead of the original. However, the improvements seem to have a strong indication as to why the Western release dates were pushed back.

You can check on the game's official page here.
