Hideki Kamiya Would Like To Make A Bayonetta 3DS Game Based On Jeanne

Bayonetta
Siliconera had a chance to ask Hideki Kamiya if he would be interested in in making a Nintendo 3DS game. Kamiya replied that he'd be interested on making a portable and scaled-down version (spin-off) of Bayonetta, featuring Jeanne as the main character.

Jeanne is Bayonetta's rival who appeared in both Bayonetta 1 and 2. Jeanne basically has the same abilities as Bayonetta but is more experienced. To summarize, let's just say that they have a lot in common.
“Given the chance, I’d like to make a game based on Jeanne from Bayonetta, Something that’s not as big in scale. Something that’s portable, that you could play in quick sessions, where she’s a history teacher and the kind of fun things that could come out of a scenario like that.”
Bayonetta is a third-person action game similar to Devil May Cry. It first appeared on the PS3 and XBox 360 but had its sequel exclusively released on the Wii U.

Hideki Kamiya have worked on titles like Resident Evil 2, Devil May Cry, Okami, Viewtiful Joe, Bayonetta and most recently with The Wonderful 101 on the Wii U.
