Dokuro Coming To US PlayStation Store On October 16

A localized version of 2D platforming game Dokuro will finally come over to North America this coming October. The game will be available in the form of digital download through the PS Vita's PlayStation Store.

Dokuro puts you on the role of a skeleton peon in the Dark Lord's army. When his master returns with a helpless princess he abducted, Dokuro was swayed to rescue her from being captive and take her out of the Dark Lord's castle.

With undying courage and help of a mystical blue potion that transforms him into a heroic figure, Dokuro must guide the princess out of the castle and switch between his skeleton and heroic form to suit whatever situation they are in.

Dokuro features graphics in chalk style art. Players will be able to use the touchscreen and the rear touchpad to switch between hero and skeleton modes. The game promises over 20 hours of gameplay and will also have trophy support. Dokuro was developed by Game Arts and published by GungHo Online Entertainment.
