Disney's new film, Planes, will be having a game released exclusively on Nintendo platforms — Wii U, Wii, 3DS and DS. Here are some screenshots of the game which is bound to come on August 6th in the US.
Planes is basically a spin off of the Cars film. It's now being worked on by Pixar however but by DisneyToon Studios.
Disney Planes for the Nintendo 3DS will be an adventure game currently being developed and published by Disney Interactive Studios.
There will be four modes in the game, two of which are not present in the 3DS and DS versions. Such are the Air Rallies, Story, Free Flight and Balloon Popping, and a two-player co-op mode. There will also be no Free Flight and Air Rallies mode for the 3DS/DS versions.
Also, the handheld versions will only feature six characters and six environments. There will however be 40 challenges and missions to get busy with.
