IronFall For Nintendo 3DS Will Run At 60FPS — Tech Demo Released — Coming 2014

IronFall - Nintendo 3DS
From the developers of C.O.P. The Recruit,  a game that has won "Best Graphics Technology" and "Best Action Game" back in IGN's "Best of E3" in 2009 comes another game called IronFall.

IronFall is a third-person shooter similar to Gears Of War (if you're not familiar with it, think Resident Evil: Revelations). The game takes place in the near future, where some troubles come from outer space. There will be a campaign mode that will require players to fight and use their brains.

The tech demo shows how the game using LipSync and Audio Streaming. The game will run at 60FPS, and will advanced lighting and other rendering techniques involved. The game runs on a proprietary engine called "Big Bang Engine", which the VD-Dev team made from scratch, and optimized for the Nintendo 3DS.

The controls will involve using the stylus, and the ability to utilize the Circle Pad Pro. Players will be able to jump, shoot, and cover behind walls.

While there will be StreetPass capabilities, IronFall will not support online multiplayer. That is reasonable given the small team of 3 people that they have.

IronFall is slated for release in Spring, 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS eShop. You can check out their official website for more info.
