Three More Mega Pokemon Revealed In Pokemon X And Y

A new type of evolution called "Mega Evolution" was revealed by Nintendo last week. A Pokemon that Mega Evolves tap into increased stats and unrealized strength that is otherwise not present on their regular evolution.

Mega Evolving is only available to certain Pokemon under certain conditions and only occurs once in battle. A Mega Stone is needed in order to mega evolve, these stones can be searched throughout the Kalos region.

The first two Pokemon to be identified with this ability are Mega Mewtwo and Mega Lucario. Recently, three more Pokemon has been revealed to have this ability which are Mega Ampharos, Mega Absol, and Mega Mawile.
