Dreamcast/Neo Geo Title "Gunlord" Coming To Nintendo 3DS And Wii U Through Indiegogo Funding

Gunlord Nintendo 3DS
Gunlord, a side-scrolling retro style Shoot-'Em-Up previously released for the Dreamcast and Neo Geo platforms back in 2012 is in need of funding in order to come to the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U platforms.

Through an Indiegogo campaign the team behind the game, NG:DEV.TEAM, is asking for €40,000 until October 6th to start porting the game.

Gunlord features 10 huge stages and 45 enemy types. The game will have a 16-bit hand-drawn graphics, and will run at a constant 60fps frame rate. Something new to the 3DS version is having a 400x240 field of view and stereoscopic 3D.

A pledge of at least €5 adds to the probability of the game being released. You can earn a digital copy of the game for your region for either the 3DS or Wii U platform by giving €12, double that to €24 and you get two digital codes.

It starts to get more exciting as you get a physical soundtrack CD and a sticker set on top of two digital codes when you pledge 42€. For €72 you get an additional Gunload T-Shirt and an exclusive Postcard set and finally €100 earns you a DIN A2 poster set (3 posters) which will be shipped in a tube on top of  the other perks.

For more information on how to support the game, you can visit their Indiegogo campaign page.

Gunlord is targeted for release in 2014 for the Nintendo 3DS and Wii U in North America, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
