Castlevania: Symphony of the Night is one of the most successful titles in the Castlevania franchise and undoubtedly one of the best games of all time. A rumor which allegedly suggest of a sequel is about to be revealed during the E3 conference.
A certain user in Zelda Informer named "I AM ERROR" provided a document with a list of games to be announced from the three biggest game companies: Nintendo, Sony and Microsoft and one such title is Castlevania: Symphony of the Night 2 which is said to be exclusive for the Nintendo 3DS.
Konami and Mercury Steam was able to deliver a good twist with Lords of Shadow: Mirror of Fate. But creating a sequel for Symphony of the Night will prove to be such as great fan service.
