The Pokemon XY save game bug that froze some players' game after resuming from a save data in Lumiose city has finally been addressed through an update.
If you bought the game through Nintendo eShop, it should give you an alert that one of your previously downloaded software has been updated.
The update comes separately for both games. Aside from the save game bug fix, the update also improves the filtering feature within the Global Trade Station (GTS).
The download will cost 228 blocks.
